Responsibilities

• PR review and identify requirements, coordinate with technical teams.
• Consolidate common requirements after PR review.
• Prepare tender documents and float to prequalified bidders.
• Coordinate with users to resolve vendor queries and responses.
• Negotiate techno-commercial terms and prepare NFA/LOA/PO.
• Interact with cross-functional teams for package-specific needs.
• Maintain MIS and ensure accurate documentation.

• Preparation of inquiry / Tender Documents as per inputs from Engineering/Projects/Business department and floating the same to the prequalified bidders.
• Coordination end user for vendor query resolution and response to vendors
• Comparative preparation rates, terms and condition
• Preparation of NFA
• Preparation of LOA/PO after NFA approval
• Coordination with respective airport Techno Commercial Team.
• Interaction with Engineering, Estimation, Project Management, Quality, Business, Human Resources, Finance & Accounts, MAAS, Taxation and Legal for Package Specific requirements
