Adani Group in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, is hiring an Associate Manager - Contracts & Procurement (CSD) to oversee end-to-end procurement activities for mechanical estimation and contract management. You will review PRs, coordinate with engineering and projects, prepare tender documents, and drive supplier inquiries to secure favorable terms.

The role demands 8+ years in procurement, strong contracting and taxation understanding, and hands-on experience with SAP/ERP and Ariba.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in a functional procurement/contract role.
• Experience in mechanical estimation, procurement and contract management.
• Experience with SAP/ERP and Ariba is preferred.
• Understanding of contracting and taxation.

Responsabilidades

• Review PRs, identify requirements and take action.
• Coordinate with technical teams to collect requirement details.
• Consolidate common requirements after PR review.
• Prepare inquiry/tender documents from inputs from Eng/Projects/Business and issue to prequalified bidders.
• Coordinate with end users for vendor queries and responses.
• Compare rates and terms.
• Prepare NFA.
• Prepare LOA/PO after NFA approval.
• Coordinate with airport Techno Commercial Team.
• Interact with Engineering, Estimation, Project Management, Quality, Business, HR, Finance, MAAS, Taxation and Legal for package-specific requirements.
• Prepare MIS reports.

Responsibilities

• PR review, identify the requirement and action the same


• Coordinate with respective technical team for understanding and collecting details related to
  requirements


• Consolidation of common requirements following to review of PR


• Preparation of inquiry / Tender Documents as per inputs from Engineering/Projects/Business department
  and floating the same to the prequalified bidders.


• Coordination end user for vendor query resolution and response to vendors


• Comparative preparation rates, terms and condition


• Preparation of NFA


• Preparation of LOA/PO after NFA approval


• Coordination with respective airport Techno Commercial Team.


• Interaction with Engineering, Estimation, Project Management, Quality, Business, Human Resources,
  Finance & Accounts, MAAS, Taxation and Legal for Package Specific requirements


• MIS

Qualifications

8+ years functional role, having experience of working for mechincal related estimation, procurement and contract management. Basic understanding of contracting, taxation etc. MIS preparation and experience of working in SAP/ERP system/Ariba would be preferred
