Job summary

Adani Airport Holdings Ltd in India seeks a procurement professional to manage CAPEX project tendering, bid evaluation, and contract finalization. The role involves coordinating with Engineering, Projects, Finance and Legal to ensure timely and compliant procurement processes.

You will prepare inquiry and tender documents, evaluate bids, and support techno-commercial negotiations, leveraging SAP/ERP and Ariba where applicable. A strong MIS background will be beneficial for reporting and tracking.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is required.
• 4-8 years experience in procurement and contract management.
• MIS preparation experience and SAP/ERP/Ariba familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• PR review and identify requirements; action as needed.
• Prepare inquiry/Tender Documents as per inputs from Engineering/Projects/Business.
• Coordinate with airport Techno Commercial Team for packages.
• Interact with multiple departments for package specific requirements.

Procurement of goods and services for Airport Capex projects - Tender Document preparation, Evaluate Bids, Techno-commercial Negotiations & finalization of Contracts related to CAPEX projects, design consultancies, Interior & finishing project

Key Responsibilities of Role:

• PR review, identify the requirement and action the same
• Coordinate with respective technical team for understanding and collecting details related to
• requirements
• Consolidation of common requirements following to review of PR
• Preparation of inquiry / Tender Documents as per inputs from Engineering/Projects/Business department
• and floating the same to the prequalified bidders.
• Coordination end user for vendor query resolution and response to vendors
• Comparative preparation rates, terms and condition
• Preparation of NFA
• Preparation of LOA/PO after NFA approval
• Coordination with respective airport Techno Commercial Team.
• Interaction with Engineering, Estimation, Project Management, Quality, Business, Human Resources,
• Finance & Accounts, MAAS, Taxation and Legal for Package Specific requirements
• MIS

Qualifications and Experience:

• B.E. /B. Tech. Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• 4-8 years functional role, having experience of working for Mechanical/Electrical related estimation, procurement and contract management. Basic understanding of contracting, taxation etc. MIS preparation and experience of working in SAP/ERP system/Ariba would be preferred
