Job summary

Adani Airport Holdings Ltd. is seeking experienced professionals in mechanical procurement and contract management to manage PR reviews, coordinate with engineering and business teams, and prepare tender documents for prequalified bidders.

The role involves techno-commercial negotiations, NFA/LOA/PO processes and extensive coordination across departments to ensure compliant procurement and contracting for airport projects.

Qualifications

• B.E. /B. Tech. 8+ years in mechanical estimation, procurement and contract management.
• MIS preparation and SAP/ERP/Ariba experience preferred.
• Understanding of contracting and taxation.

Responsibilities

• Review PRs to identify requirements and actions.
• Coordinate with technical teams to collect requirement details.
• Consolidate common requirements after PR review.
• Prepare inquiry/tender documents from inputs and float to prequalified bidders.
• Coordinate with end users for vendor queries and respond to vendors.
• Prepare comparative rates, terms and conditions.
• Prepare NFA (No Further Action).
• Prepare LOA/PO after NFA approval.
• Coordinate with airport techno-commercial team.
• Interact with Engineering, Estimation, PM, Quality, HR, Finance, MAAS, Taxation and Legal.
• Maintain MIS and reporting.
