Adani Airport Holdings Ltd is seeking a civil procurement professional to review PRs, coordinate with technical teams for requirement details, and prepare tender documents for bidders. You will engage with end users to resolve vendor queries and participate in techno-commercial negotiations, aiming for compliant and competitive outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 4–8 years of experience in civil estimation, procurement and contract management, with MIS skills and familiarity with SAP/ERP/Ariba.

Qualifications

• B.E. /B.Tech with 4-8 years in civil estimation, procurement and contract management.
• Basic understanding of contracting and taxation.
• MIS preparation and SAP/ERP/Ariba experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• PR review and identify requirements and actions.
• Coordinate with technical teams to gather requirement details.
• Consolidate common requirements after PR review.
• Prepare tender documents from inputs and float to prequalified bidders.
• Coordinate with end users for vendor queries and responses.

• Consolidation of common requirements following to review of PR
• Preparation of inquiry / Tender Documents as per inputs from Engineering/Projects/Business department and floating the same to the prequalified bidders.
• Coordination end user for vendor query resolution and response to vendors
• Comparative preparation rates, terms and condition
• Preparation of NFA
• Preparation of LOA/PO after NFA approval
• Coordination with respective airport Techno Commercial Team.
• Interaction with Engineering, Estimation, Project Management, Quality, Business, Human Resources, Finance & Accounts, MAAS, Taxation and Legal for Package Specific requirements
