Adani Group is seeking a seasoned procurement and estimation professional in Gujarat to manage mechanical estimation, procurement, and contract activities. You will coordinate with multiple internal teams, prepare tender documents, and negotiate terms with vendors. Strong MIS and SAP/ERP/Ariba experience are preferred.

The role requires extensive interaction with Engineering, Projects, Finance, and Legal to ensure alignment on package requirements and timely delivery of LOA/POs.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in a functional role with experience in mechanical related estimation, procurement and contract management.
• Basic understanding of contracting, taxation, etc.
• MIS preparation and experience with SAP/ERP/Ariba preferred.

Aufgaben

• Review PRs, identify requirements and take action.
• Coordinate with technical teams to gather details on requirements.
• Consolidate common requirements after PR reviews.
• Prepare inquiries/tender documents from inputs from Engineering/Projects/Business and issue to prequalified bidders.
• Coordinate with end users for vendor query resolution and vendor responses.
• Prepare comparative rates, terms and conditions.
• Conduct techno-commercial negotiations.
• Prepare NFAs (NFA).
• Prepare LOA/PO after NFA approval.
• Coordinate with airport Techno-Commercial Team.
• Engage with Engineering, Estimation, Project Management, Quality, Business, HR, Finance & Accounts, MAAS, Taxation and Legal for package-specific needs.
• MIS.

Responsibilities

• PR review, identify the requirement and action the same
• Coordinate with respective technical team for understanding and collecting details related to
  requirements
• Consolidation of common requirements following to review of PR
• Preparation of inquiry / Tender Documents as per inputs from Engineering/Projects/Business department
  and floating the same to the prequalified bidders.
• Coordination end user for vendor query resolution and response to vendors
• Comparative preparation rates, terms and condition
• Techno-commercial negotiations
• Preparation of NFA
• Preparation of LOA/PO after NFA approval
• Coordination with respective airport Techno Commercial Team.
• Interaction with Engineering, Estimation, Project Management, Quality, Business, Human Resources,
  Finance & Accounts, MAAS, Taxation and Legal for Package Specific requirements
• MIS
