Summary

TARIL is seeking a motivated and technically sound Team Member - Plant Quality with 2-5 years of experience in the transformer or electrical equipment industry. Responsible for handling customer enquiries, generating sales through new account development and negotiations, preparing quotations and design approval documents, coordinating with internal teams for timely manufacturing and delivery, ensuring payment collections, and preparing sales and MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities

• To perform routine quality inspection as per drawing for Winding, Core, CCA & Tanking
• To raise quality issues to concerned departments
• Maintaining data for various stages and producing as and when required
• Co-ordination with design for inspection remarks and resolving issues if any
• Inspection of insulation material and documentation and raising inspection points
• To analyse data in case of rework/failure/improvement
• To maintain documents for ISO certification & other audits
• Manpower management

Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s in electrical engineering with 3 years’ experience or Diploma in electrical engineering with 5 years’ experience of working in a similar industry in the quality department
