Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Ltd (TARIL) is seeking a motivated Team Member for Vendor Quality with 2–5 years of experience in the transformer or electrical equipment industry.

The role involves handling customer enquiries, generating sales through new account development and negotiations, preparing quotations and design approval documents, coordinating with internal teams for timely manufacturing and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in electrical engineering with 3 years’ experience or Diploma in electrical engineering with 5 years’ experience of working in a similar industry in the quality department

Responsibilities

• Documentation and test reports review prior to inspection and taking call for Inspection (pre qualification work before Inspection)
• Planning and deputation of Inspector at vendors based on Inspection Plan
• Records updation of daily inspection at vendors place
• Taking decisions for further inspection / raising NC's
• Attending customer inspection at vendors places as and when required
• To perform Root Cause Analysis of NC's raised on outsourced material at T & R Works
• To give feedback to all concerned depts/vendors on NC's
• To conduct fabrication defects analysis
• Vendor assessment and development

Summary

TARIL is seeking a motivated and technically sound Team Member - Vendor Quality with 2-5 years of experience in the transformer or electrical equipment industry. Responsible for handling customer enquiries, generating sales through new account development and negotiations, preparing quotations and design approval documents, coordinating with internal teams for timely manufacturing and delivery, ensuring payment collections, and preparing sales and MIS reports.
