Job summary

Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Ltd (TARIL) is seeking a motivated Team Member - Testing with 3-5 years of experience in the transformer or electrical equipment industry. You will handle customer inquiries, assist in quotations, coordinate with internal teams for timely manufacturing and delivery, and prepare sales/MIS reports.

The role involves training test staff, managing shifts, and ensuring compliance with test specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 2 years' experience in a similar industry.
• Experience in transformer or electrical equipment industry.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams.
• Awareness of NABL work and testing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inspections and manage customers during inspections.
• Test, analyze test results and reports before inspection.
• Ensure compliance with contract test specifications.
• Train test technicians and GETs and manage shift manpower.
• Investigate test issues and provide solutions; prepare related reports.
• Maintenance of NABL work and calibration for testing equipment.
• Conduct test equipment viability and cost analysis studies.

Summary

TARIL is seeking a motivated and technically sound Team Member - Testing with 3-5 years of experience in the transformer or electrical equipment industry. Responsible for handling customer enquiries, generating sales through new account development and negotiations, preparing quotations and design approval documents, coordinating with internal teams for timely manufacturing and delivery, ensuring payment collections, and preparing sales and MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling customer inspection and managing customer during inspection
• Conduct test and analyse test results & reports before inspection
• Ensure compliance with contract test specifications
• Train test technicians and GETs and manage manpower as per shift
• Investigating test issues and test failures, developing solutions for resolving recurring test issues or failures, and preparing related recommendations & reports
• Maintenance of NABL work, Calibration for all testing equipment’s.
• Conduct test equipment viability and cost analysis studies
