Responsibilities

• Conduct sunrise meeting with the workmen.
• Allocating work and maintain self log card for workmen.
• Maintain 2s and VCS updation.
• Carryout preventive / Predictive maintenance as per the schedule.
• Identifying the root causes of breakdown through why why analysis.
• Prepare spares requirement & followup for the procurement.
• Carryout services as per schedule for machines under AMC.
• Clear the abnormalities & unsafe conditions identified in audits and carryout process instruments calibration.
• Identification & Implementation of SIT projects related to policy & MPCP.
• Adherence to preventive maintenance schedules.
• Reduce no of notifications (service & breakdowns)
