Responsibilities

• Identify constraints / capacity issue for the firm and tentative production plan ( N+1, N+2 ) and work on bridging the gaps
• New Product capacity audit / ramp-up for common parts Conduct PDCA on MPCP and policy targets
• Identify gap in procurement system and do improvementprojects
• Development of people ( Group leaders and team leaders ) Journey cycle ( supplier visit)
• Performance review for Group leader / Team leader ( Targetsetting etc ) TEI / QCC / SIT training and presentations
• Maintain optimal Inventory of parts
• highest level of customer enlitement
