Job summary

TVS Motor Company in Mysore is seeking a Team Leader - Production Unit to drive hourly output targets and ensure safe, efficient operations in the Vehicle Assembly cell. You will deploy skilled workers, monitor quality metrics, and coordinate for certifications and training.

The role requires a Diploma or Graduate Engineer in Mechanical/Automobile/Production with up to 7 years of experience, and offers growth opportunities within a world-class manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma Engineer(Mechanical,Automobile,Production) with 0-7 years of experience.
• Graduate Engineer(Mechanical,Automobile,Production) with 0-3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Sunrise Meeting to the workmen.
• Deploy workmen as per skill matrix & organise resources for production.
• Conduct hourly PDCA for quality & delivery performance.
• Conduct audit on 2S,JH, material handling, unsafe act and conditions.
• Conduct audit to adhere all operations being carried out as per the TMOS.
• Take corrective actions for in house PDI & customer complaints.
• Control of non conforming products ( MSN , PSN ).
• Review workmen on quality & delivery performance measures & attendance.
• Provide on Job training to workmen & co-ordinate for certification of workmen.
• Motivate & support workmen to implement suggestions.
