Role Description

The Team Leader role at Growcred Finance Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Chhindwara. The Team Leader will oversee a group of sales or operations staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to achieve business targets. Daily responsibilities include planning and assigning tasks, monitoring productivity, resolving escalated customer issues, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance standards. The role involves tracking key performance indicators, preparing short reports for management, and supporting process improvements in branch operations.
