Role Summary: We are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented Team Leader (Grade II) with strong experience in BFSI Sales—specifically Personal Loans and Credit Card Sales. The ideal candidate should bring minimum 4 years of Team Leader experience with a proven track record in performance management and client KPI delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 20 agents, ensuring optimal productivity and performance.
• Drive sales targets for personal loans and card sales.
• Conduct daily call monitoring, performance reviews, and provide feedback.
• Ensure adherence to all Process SOPs and compliance requirements.
• Monitor operational KPIs and ensure client benchmarks are met.
• Maintain control over shrinkage and attrition.
• Track and publish daily Target vs Achievement reports.
• Identify training needs and coordinate skill enhancement sessions.
• Ensure quality customer interactions and operational excellence.

Eligibility Criteria

• 1+ years of experience in BFSI Sales (Personal Loan / Credit Card Sales).
• Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience.
• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or Institute.
