Job summary

GIG4U – A 2COMS Group Company is seeking an experienced Operations Team Lead / City Head in Delhi to lead delivery partner recruitment, bulk hiring, fleet management, and a 10+ member team. You will drive workforce mobilisation and oversee city-level operations with internal and client coordination.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in gig/logistics staffing, strong leadership, HR mobilisation, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills to meet targets on time.

Qualifications

• Graduate from any discipline (mandatory).
• 3–7 years of experience in operations, fleet management, bulk hiring, or delivery partner recruitment.
• Prior experience as Team Lead, Assistant Manager, Fleet Lead, or Fleet Manager.
• Proven experience managing a team of 10+ members.
• Strong understanding of HR mobilisation, field recruitment, and workforce management.
• Excellent team leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operational activities and achieve time-bound targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery partner recruitment, bulk hiring, and workforce mobilisation.
• Lead and manage a team of at least 10 members, including telecallers, field recruiters, and operations monitoring executives.
• Drive team building, productivity, performance tracking, and target achievement.
• Oversee daily city-level operations, fleet management, and delivery partner onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to fulfil manpower requirements within defined timelines.
• Monitor recruitment funnels, joining ratios, attendance, attrition, and workforce deployment.
• Develop sourcing strategies to ensure continuous availability of delivery partners.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Prepare regular MIS reports and track team performance against business targets.
