Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and business-driven leader to take complete ownership of city-level last-mile operations. The role involves driving business growth, managing city-level P&L, building scalable rider networks, leading field and operations teams, and ensuring operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in last-mile logistics, 3PL, hyperlocal or quick-commerce operations, with a proven ability to scale city operations, manage large blue-collar workforces and deliver business results.

Key Responsibilities

1. City Operations & Business Growth

• Lead end-to-end last-mile operations and drive city-level business performance.

• Lead new-city launches and expansion into new micro-markets.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Last-Mile Logistics, 3PL, Hyperlocal, Quick Commerce, E-commerce or Mobility operations.
• Proven experience managing city-level or regional operations.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, revenue targets, cost optimisation and profitability.
• Experience managing large rider fleets and blue-collar workforce operations.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead recruitment, field and operations teams.
• Hands-on experience in rider sourcing, onboarding, activation and retention.
• Experience in BTL hiring activities and ground-level workforce acquisition.
• Proven track record of launching new cities or scaling existing operations.
• Strong business development, client management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
