Job summary

GIG4U – A 2COMS Group Company in Delhi is seeking an experienced Team Lead – Operations / City Head to drive end-to-end delivery partner recruitment, fleet management, and city-level operations. You will lead a team of 10+ professionals, ensuring timely manpower mobilisation and efficient service delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years in operations, fleet management, and recruitment, with strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
• 3–7 years of experience in operations, fleet management, bulk hiring, or delivery partner recruitment.
• Prior experience as a Team Lead, Assistant Manager, Fleet Lead, or Fleet Manager.
• Proven experience managing a team of 10 or more employees.
• Strong understanding of HR mobilisation, field recruitment, and workforce management.
• Excellent team leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery partner recruitment, bulk hiring, and workforce mobilisation.
• Lead and manage a team of at least 10 members, including telecallers, field recruiters, and operations monitoring executives.
• Drive team building, productivity, performance tracking, and target achievement.
• Oversee daily city-level operations, fleet management, and delivery partner onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to fulfil manpower requirements within defined timelines.
• Monitor recruitment funnels, joining ratios, attendance, attrition, and workforce deployment.
• Develop sourcing strategies to ensure continuous availability of delivery partners.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Prepare regular MIS reports and track team performance against business targets.
