• 3-5 years of experience in transport operations, cab services, fleet management, logistics, or a similar field.
• Experience managing drivers, vehicle deployment, client coordination, and operational MIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor daily cab and transportation operations across assigned clients or locations.
• Manage driver deployment, shift planning, rosters, attendance, and backup arrangements.
• Monitor fleet utilisation, vehicle availability, trip schedules, route planning, and service performance.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, manage escalations, and maintain service standards.
• Supervise site supervisors, fleet coordinators, and drivers, where applicable.
• Track operational costs, fuel usage, overtime, trip expenses, and other key cost drivers.
• Handle breakdowns, vehicle substitutions, driver shortages, delays, and other service disruptions.
• Ensure vehicle documents, driver licences, permits, insurance, and other applicable records are tracked and renewed on time.
• Implement safety procedures, client-specific operating rules, and company SOPs.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on trips, utilisation, attendance, complaints, costs, and service levels.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams for driver hiring, onboarding, and manpower planning.
• Support client reviews, operational audits, and follow-up on corrective actions.
