We are looking for a Team Lead / Manager - Onsite Operations to own the end-to-end execution of corporate health camps for our clients. This role requires someone who can independently plan, coordinate, and govern large-scale onsite health camps - managing multiple vendors, ensuring smooth on-ground execution, and owning reporting and escalations. This is a high-ownership role suited to someone who is sharp, decisive, and comfortable solving problems in real time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Vendor Coordination: Mobilize and coordinate multiple vendors (paramedics/manpower, diagnostics, equipment, transport/logistics) for each camp - for large camps, this may mean managing 5+ vendors in parallel.
- Planning & Briefing: Define camp requirements upfront - manpower, equipment, test panels, and reporting formats - and brief/train vendor teams accordingly.
- On-Ground Governance: Be present and active during camp execution - govern and monitor operations live, and troubleshoot issues on the spot.
- Diagnostics/Testing Oversight: Ensure test panels and sample logistics are executed accurately as per client scope.
- Reporting & Escalation: Own camp reports and vendor invoice reconciliation; elevate last-minute issues to leadership promptly and clearly.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the single point of contact for client-side coordination during camp execution.
Requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5-8 years of experience in on-ground event, camp, or field operations - ideally with exposure to health camps, corporate wellness, or diagnostic camp execution.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple vendors simultaneously for large-scale onsite/field events.
- Strong sense of ownership - able to govern and monitor independently without heavy oversight.
- Sharp problem-solving ability with a track record of making sound decisions under pressure, on the ground.
- Experience with reporting discipline, including vendor invoice reconciliation and camp MIS.
- Prior experience at TL/Manager level, having led a team or owned vendor coordination independently.
- Prior experience at a health-tech, corporate wellness, diagnostics, or event management company running large-scale onsite camps is an advantage.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Running Camps smoothly with minimal escalations, and any issues are resolved on the spot without disrupting the client experience.
- Vendor coordination should be seamless, with clear briefing and accountability across all vendor partners.
- Reporting and invoicing should be accurate, timely, and audit-ready.
- Ensuring Client & stakeholders should view this role as a reliable, single point of ownership for onsite execution.
