Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Occupational Health Centre, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of healthcare professionals and support staff.
• Conduct regular training and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of care.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing effective solutions.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety legislation and guidelines.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Prepare and present reports on operational performance, client satisfaction, and health metrics to senior management.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Health & Wellness teams to integrate services and initiatives.
• Work closely with external healthcare providers and vendors to enhance service offerings.
