Job summary

Zepto in Udaipur, Rajasthan, is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor to own stock health at the delivery hub, ensuring accuracy, ageing control, DOH, and cycle counts.

You will drive shrinkage control, manage end-to-end store operations, enforce safety and compliance, track KPIs like fill rate and accuracy, and lead rostering and training to scale operations.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory management at the delivery hub, including stock accuracy, ageing, DOH, and overall stock health.
• Drive shrinkage control by identifying loss points, implementing SOPs, audits, and corrective actions.
• Manage end-to-end store operations inbound, putaway, picking, dispatch, returns, and reconciliation.
• Ensure strict adherence to process, safety, and compliance standards across shifts.
• Define, track, and improve operational KPIs like fill rate, inventory accuracy, shrink %, productivity, and SLA adherence.
• Lead manpower planning and handling — rostering, productivity tracking, performance management, and on-ground issue resolution.
• Use data to identify bottlenecks, recommend process improvements, and drive continuous efficiency gains.
• Handle escalations related to inventory mismatch, manpower shortages, or operational disruptions.
• Drive training and capability building for team members to ensure consistent execution at scale
