Zepto in Tamil Nadu is seeking an Inventory Hub Lead to own stock health at the delivery hub, ensuring accurate counts, proper ageing, and efficient storage.

You will drive shrinkage control, lead end-to-end inbound, putaway, picking, dispatch, and returns, and push for safety, process discipline, and KPI improvements.

If you analyse data to remove bottlenecks, manage shifts, and train the team for scalable operations, you will help Zepto deliver fast and reliable service.

Responsabilités

• Own inventory management at the delivery hub, including stock accuracy and DOH.
• Drive shrinkage control by identifying loss points, SOPs, audits, and corrective actions.
• Manage end-to-end store operations inbound, putaway, picking, dispatch, returns, and reconciliation.
• Ensure adherence to process, safety, and compliance standards across shifts.
• Define, track, and improve operational KPIs like fill rate and inventory accuracy.
• Lead manpower planning and rostering, productivity tracking, and performance management.
• Use data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous efficiency gains.
• Handle escalations related to inventory mismatch or disruptions.
• Drive training and capability building for team members to ensure scale.

Role & responsibilities

Own inventory management at the delivery hub, including stock accuracy, ageing, DOH, and overall stock health.

• Drive shrinkage control by identifying loss points, implementing SOPs, audits, and corrective actions.
• Manage end-to-end store operations inbound, putaway, picking, dispatch, returns, and reconciliation.
• Ensure strict adherence to process, safety, and compliance standards across shifts.
• Define, track, and improve operational KPIs like fill rate, inventory accuracy, shrink %, productivity, and SLA adherence.
• Lead manpower planning and handling — rostering, productivity tracking, performance management, and on-ground issue resolution.
• Use data to identify bottlenecks, recommend process improvements, and drive continuous efficiency gains.
• Handle escalations related to inventory mismatch, manpower shortages, or operational disruptions.
• Drive training and capability building for team members to ensure consistent execution at scale
