Flipkart Group is seeking a Last Mile Operations Associate to oversee inbound, sorting, staging, dispatch, and delivery at assigned Last Mile Hubs in India. You will drive 100% TAT compliance and optimize rosters, routes, and capacity planning.

Key responsibilities include adherence to inventory control, shipment reconciliation, and audits; collaborate with 3PL vendors and authorities to ensure smooth hub operations. Experience in Lean principles is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day inbound, sorting, staging, dispatch, and delivery operations at assigned Last Mile Hubs to achieve 100% Turnaround Time (TAT) compliance.
• Monitor delivery executive rosters, run-sheets, and route optimization to maximize first-attempt delivery rates and minimize Return to Origin (RTO) percentages.
• Ensure strict adherence to inventory control, shipment reconciliation, and cash/digital payment collection audits at the hub level.
• Develop hub capacity throughput plans based on demand forecasts, infrastructure limitations, and seasonal peak requirements .
• Drive productivity enhancement initiatives for both in-house staff and field delivery partners using Lean principles.
• Manage relationships with 3PL logistics vendors, manpower suppliers, and local authorities to ensure smooth, uninterrupted hub operations.
