Qualifications

• Willing to work in Sriperumbudur or Arakkonam.

• Manage daily operations at the delivery center, including shipment receiving, sorting, dispatch, and delivery coordination.
• Supervise and guide delivery executives and center staff.
• Monitor daily delivery performance and ensure shipments are delivered within defined timelines.
• Track pending, undelivered, and returned shipments and take corrective action.
• Coordinate with delivery executives, hub teams, customers, and other internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, returns, and operational activities.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of the team.
• Handle operational issues and resolve day-to-day delivery-related escalations.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and share performance updates with management.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to increase delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
