Team Supervision: Oversee, guide, and mentor delivery workers, field agents, or employees.

SLA & Target Adherence: Make sure that shipments follow strict service level agreements (SLAs) and turnaround times (TAT).

Manage shift scheduling, keep an eye on attendance, and assign duties as part of manpower planning.

Performance tracking: Use internal tools to monitor daily productivity, delivery success rates, and reporting metrics.

Escalation Handling: Deal with customer delivery issues, operational impediments, and local stakeholders.

Compliance & Safety: Put standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company safety policies into practice.
