Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Operations Lead (TeamLead) for its Delivery center in Noida to manage shift operations and support the DC manager in performance planning and execution.

The role demands hands-on delivery process management, strong ownership, and a proactive approach to improving delivery metrics within a fast-paced, customer-obsessed environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
• Fluent in English (read, write, and speak).
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Executing the delivery process from delivery station to customer address.

We're seeking a operations lead for our Delivery center. In this role you will be responsible for shift operations at our DCs and support the DC manager in performance management and driving the operational plan.

Essential Functions
