Job summary

Ekart in Kerala, India is seeking a hands-on Hub Operations Lead to manage opening/closing, supervise sorters, and allocate daily shipments for bike and van deliveries. You will ensure adherence to standards, train staff, and handle ERP-based reporting and cash reconciliation.

The role requires coordinating with WMs, preparing runsheets, day-end reports, and real-time tracking of deliveries to meet KPIs. This is an in-person full-time position with monthly pay in the ₹23,000–₹25,000 range.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Hub opening & closing is done as per operational standards and requirements.
• Supervise the Sorters who receive the shipments.
• Plan per available resources and allocate shipments for bike and van deliveries.
• Ensure all team members are trained and aware of operational standards.
• Sort shipments per defined routes.
• Create the Runsheet/Pickup sheet and assign daily work to WMs.
• Prepare reports; check and revert on mails.
• Execute ERP transactions.
• Prepare and share Day End reports.
• Collection of cash, accounting and reconciliation with ERP.
• Participate in delivering shipments/pickups as required.
• Take ownership of the team: motivation, attrition control, grievances, coaching as per OKR.
• Adhere to and support adoption of new policies & processes.
• Track undelivered shipments in ERP and call customers for reasons.
• Track Wish Masters performance to ensure deliveries complete as planned.
• Provide support to Wish Masters enroute and take necessary actions.
• Ensure zero stock variance at hubs daily.
• Achieve TL KPIs as per company goals.

• Take ownership of the team assigned to him in terms of motivation, control attrition, handle grievance, grooming, zero customer escalations, training, coaching as per OKR.
• Adhering & supporting the organization into seamless adoption of new policies & processes.
• Track undelivered shipment in ERP and call customers to identify reasons for non-delivery.
• Track wish masters performance on a real time basis to ensure all deliveries are completed as per plan.
• Provide support to the Wish Masters enroute and take necessary actions.
• Ensure unexplained Zero stock variance at the hubs on a daily basis.
• Achievement of Key Performance Indicators of TL as per companys goal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
