Job summary

Blitz in Delhi seeks an operations lead responsible for end-to-end dark store activities, including picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control. You will own shift operations, plan rosters, and drive frontline productivity.

The role requires monitoring real-time orders, ensuring SLA adherence, managing inbound stock, preventing shrinkage, and overseeing last-mile dispatch and rider performance where applicable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Quick Commerce / Dark Store operations.
• Strong understanding of picking, packing, dispatch & inventory.
• Experience managing frontline teams & shift operations.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
