Blitz is hiring to oversee shift operations across picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory at the Hyderabad hub. The role involves planning rosters, managing frontline staff, and monitoring real-time orders to ensure SLA adherence.

You will control inbound processes, stock accuracy, and shrinkage, while overseeing last-mile dispatch performance where the hub is managed. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in Quick Commerce / Dark Store operations, strong skills in picking/packing/inventory,
