Job summary

Blitz is seeking an experienced operations leader to own end-to-end store and hub performance across OPerations, inventory, SLA and dispatch in Bengaluru. You will manage peak-hour manpower and rider allocation to meet demand, while ensuring inventory accuracy, FIFO/FEFO compliance and shrinkage control.

You will drive last-mile performance, focusing on rider productivity and TAT, and ensure safety, compliance and daily KPI tracking to optimize costs and service levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Quick Commerce / Dark Store / Last Mile operations.
• Strong knowledge of operations, inventory & dispatch.
• Proven people management & shift leadership experience.
• Strong problem-solving and execution skills.
