Job summary

Keka Inc. in Chennai district is seeking an experienced operations professional to own end-to-end store & hub performance across ops, inventory, SLA and dispatch.

You will manage peak-hour manpower, rider allocation, and ensure inventory accuracy with FIFO/FEFO, while driving last-mile efficiency, rider productivity, and timely delivery. The role also focuses on safety, compliance, cost control, and daily KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Quick Commerce / Dark Store / Last Mile operations.
• Strong knowledge of operations, inventory & dispatch.
• Proven people management & shift leadership experience.
• Strong problem-solving and execution skills.
