Blitz in Delhi seeks an experienced Shift Operations Lead to own picking, packing, dispatch and inventory control. You will plan rosters, supervise frontline staff, monitor real-time orders and ensure SLA adherence.

You’ll also safeguard stock accuracy and shrinkage prevention while overseeing last-mile dispatch and rider performance where applicable. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in quick commerce or dark store operations, strong team leadership and excellent communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Quick Commerce / Dark Store operations.
• Strong understanding of picking, packing, dispatch & inventory.
• Experience managing frontline teams & shift operations.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
