Job summary

Blitz in Jaipur, India, is seeking an experienced operations professional to own end-to-end store and hub performance across inventory, dispatch, and SLA. The role requires managing peak-hour manpower and rider allocation to meet demand while ensuring safety, compliance, and KPI tracking.

You will drive last-mile performance, optimize rider productivity and uphold FIFO/FEFO and shrinkage controls, leveraging strong problem-solving and execution skills to deliver consistent results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Quick Commerce / Dark Store / Last Mile operations.
• Strong knowledge of operations, inventory & dispatch.
• Proven people management & shift leadership experience.
