We are looking for a Talent Recruiter to drive end‑to‑end hiring for high‑impact roles across engineering, product, and business. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities and experience hiring for fast‑growing tech teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for tech and business roles
• Source high‑quality candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screen and assess candidates for both skill and culture fit
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring strategy
• Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Build strong talent pipelines for critical roles

Mandatory Requirements

• 2–6 years of recruiting experience in high‑growth environments
• Prior experience at Series A/B startups or top tech companies
• Strong experience in sourcing for tech roles (Engineering/Product/Data)
• Proven ability to close candidates in competitive markets
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
