Job summary

Quantumv Global Solutions is seeking a proactive Sourcing Specialist to join their talent acquisition team in Bengaluru. This position focuses on candidate sourcing, stakeholder coordination, and pipeline management.

The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, along with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of IT hiring. The role requires working in the office 5 days a week.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and driven Sourcing Specialist to join our talent acquisition team in Bengaluru. This role requires someone who is strong in candidate sourcing, stakeholder coordination, and pipeline management. The position is fully office-based (3-4 days a week).

Role & Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and social platforms
• Use Boolean search techniques to identify high-quality talent
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate fit
• Coordinate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS
• Track sourcing metrics and improve sourcing strategies
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in sourcing/recruitment
• Hands‑on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals
• Strong understanding of IT hiring (preferred, if applicable)
