Job summary

KastWing is building a talent house for actors and performers and seeks a driven, entry-level professional in Mumbai or remote. Fresher welcome; no prior experience required. You will learn to find opportunities for our artists, manage relationships, and support casting efforts across ads, films, and digital content.

Role emphasizes proactive engagement, networking, and growing with KastWing as we scale. Work-from-office or from-home flexibility is offered, with an initial unpaid training period

Were building KastWing, a talent house for actors and emerging performers, powered by director Divith Shetty.

And were looking for someone who wants to build this with us from the ground up.

This is specifically for someone early in their career. A fresher is absolutely welcome. You dont need years of experience or a fancy rsum.

What matters more is that you know people, know where talent exists, know how to find opportunities for our talents, and most importantly, you want to make things happen.

What you'll do

Talent Management

• Build and maintain relationships with our artists
• Pitch our talent to casting directors, production houses, agencies and creators
• Actively look for opportunities for our artists across films, series, ads, digital content and more
• Maintain talent databases, profiles, availability and records

Casting

• Handle casting for KastWings projects
• Source and shortlist actors for ads, series, films and digital projects
• Coordinate auditions, profiles, callbacks and casting requirements
• Build a strong casting network over time

Who are we looking for

• Is genuinely interested in the talent and casting business
• Is comfortable talking to people and building relationships
• is a part of multiple strong casting/talent communities
• Knows how to find actors and talent online and offline
• Is proactive and doesnt need to be told what to do every morning
• Wants to grow into a serious talent professional

Freshers are welcome. In fact, this role is designed for someone starting out.

You dont need to know everything. You need to be willing to figure things out.

Compensation

There is a training period initially, which is unpaid.

After that, the stipend starts at 10,000/month, with the opportunity to increase as your responsibilities, contribution and results grow.

We want to be transparent about this because this isnt a high-paying corporate job.

It is an opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to get into the talent business, learn the ecosystem, build relationships and grow with a company that is also building itself.
