Job summary

Keywords Studios in Gurgaon is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition professional to support end-to-end recruitment through candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and documentation. The role involves coordinating with hiring managers and maintaining ATS candidate data, with a focus on timely communication and accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate has an MBA/PGDM in HR, up to 6 months in TA, strong communication, and the ability to work onsite in Gurgaon.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM with HR specialization (Finance minor)
• 0–6 months experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
• Freshers with HR/Recruitment internship are preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Strong follow-up, coordination and organizational skills
• Candidates should be comfortable working onsite from Gurgaon

Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening calls.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS/recruitment tracker.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, documentation, offers and joining.
• Support offer management and pre-joining activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
• Assist with other HR and Talent Acquisition activities as required.
