• Managing the end to end user experience i.e. on-boarding the candidate, helping them through the entire process, answering their queries, scheduling interview for them etc.
• To connect with the candidate through various means (call, email, whatsapp) and follow up with them to ensure their profile is completely filled in
• To work with account managers on a daily basis with regard to interview scheduling and coordination
