Frame Arc is an AI-native production studio and one of the fastest-growing AI production vendors in the West for micro dramas. Our clients include Holywater, Shorts, His Royal Highness (Al Saud), and Costco.

We are hiring 8 artists this round and we need someone to help us run the pipeline.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Source candidates on LinkedIn, Behance, ArtStation, and creative communities
• Send outreach and manage replies
• Screen portfolios and reels against a clear bar we will give you
• Conduct first-round introductory interviews
• Keep the candidate tracker clean so nobody falls through

This suits someone who likes talking to creative people and is organised enough to run a pipeline without being chased. A recruiting background helps but is not required — attention to detail and follow-through matter more.

COMPENSATION

₹9,500 per monthPart-time, remote — roughly 10-15 hours per week
