A boutique talent management agency is expanding its team and seeking Talent Agents at multiple levels, from Senior to Trainee. Successful candidates will manage an actor pool, coordinate auditions, and navigate negotiations. Training is provided for those early in their careers. Qualifications

• Experience in casting, production, or talent management preferred for senior roles.
• No prior experience required for junior roles, but strong aptitude essential.
• Strong aptitude for negotiation, communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Managing and expanding the curated actor pool.
• Coordinating auditions, meetings, opportunities, and follow-ups.
• Handling negotiations, contracts, and project coordination.
• Advising actors on career decisions and strategies.
• Maintain organized systems and workflows.
• Represent Starcast with integrity in all interactions.

Starcast is a boutique talent agency dedicated to developing a curated pool of highly meritorious actors — performers chosen for their craft, discipline and potential, not for fame or hype.

We are expanding our team and are now looking to hire 2–3 Talent Agents across different experience levels:

• 1 Senior Talent Agent (experience in casting/production/talent management preferred)
• 1–2 Junior/Trainee Talent Agents (no prior experience required, but strong aptitude essential)

This is a rare opportunity to be trained, mentored, and developed into a high-calibre talent manager — working closely with actors across experience levels, from newcomers to established industry professionals.
