• Maintain candidate follow-ups and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Work on Non-IT, Corporate, Technical and Leadership hiring efforts.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases and MIS reports.
• Assist with offer coordination and joining follow-ups.
• Develop understanding of industry and talent mapping.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to candidate joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references and professional networks.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and the recruitment team.
• Maintain regular candidate follow-ups and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Work on Non-IT, Corporate, Technical and Leadership hiring requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases and MIS reports.
• Assist with offer coordination and joining follow-ups.
• Develop an understanding of industry mapping, talent mapping and market research.
• Support the team in achieving recruitment and closure targets.

Internship & Career Opportunity
