Bajaj Capital is offering a Talent Acquisition internship at our Gurgaon corporate office. You will work on end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, while earning a stipend and gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced HR environment.

Join us to be mentored by experienced HR professionals, support campus hiring initiatives, and build a strong foundation in candidate screening, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination at Bajaj Capital.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing or recent graduate from MBA/PGDM/BBA (HR) or related field.
• Good written and verbal communication essential.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities are required.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Genuine interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and employee referrals.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Draft and post job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
• Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
• Assist with offer follow-ups and onboarding formalities.

• Role: Talent Acquisition (TA)
• Joining Date: We require immediate joiners
• Location: Novus Tower, Gurgaon (Corporate Office Work from Office)
• Duration: 3 to 6 months
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (alternate Saturdays off)
• Stipend: 10,000 Onwards
• Eligibility: Students pursuing or recently graduated from MBA/PGDM/BBA (HR) or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and employee referrals.
