We’re Hiring: Manager / Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

Boundless is looking for a hands‑on Talent Acquisition & HR professional with prior experience in the solar, renewable energy, EPC, electrical infrastructure or project execution industry.

We are one of Delhi’s leading solar developers, with a growing portfolio across EPC, IPP and distributed renewable energy projects. As we scale further across Delhi NCR and North India, we are looking for someone who can take ownership of hiring, HR processes and people operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end‑to‑end hiring for project, engineering, O&M, design, business development, finance, admin and site roles
• Build a strong candidate pipeline within the solar / EPC / renewable energy industry
• Reduce dependency on consultants by creating direct sourcing channels through LinkedIn, referrals, industry networks and databases
• Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offer rollout and onboarding
• Maintain hiring trackers, weekly MIS and manpower planning reports
• Support HR operations including joining documentation, employee records, attendance coordination, probation tracking and basic policy implementation
• Work closely with leadership to close urgent and critical hiring requirements
• Build internal referral channels and improve hiring turnaround time

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 7–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience hiring for solar, renewable energy, EPC, electrical, infrastructure or project‑based companies
• Strong understanding of roles such as Project Manager, Site Engineer, Design Engineer, O&M Engineer, Safety Officer, Sales / BD, Liaisoning, Accounts and Admin
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, founder‑led environment
• Strong communication, follow‑up and negotiation skills
• Ability to independently close positions without excessive supervision
• Experience in Delhi NCR / North India hiring will be preferred
