Job Description - HR Talent Acquisition & Generalist

Position: HR - Talent Acquisition & Generalist

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR - Talent Acquisition & Generalist to join our growing team in the Solar/Renewable Energy industry. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment as well as day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.

The role requires someone who can independently handle recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding, attendance, HR coordination and basic employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
• Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare/source relevant candidates.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, references and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Handle salary discussions, offer negotiations and joining follow-ups.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.

HR Generalist / HR Operations

• Manage employee joining, onboarding and induction processes.
• Maintain employee records, HR files and documentation.
• Prepare and manage offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters and other HR documents.
• Manage attendance and leave records and coordinate payroll inputs.
• Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
• Support employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist in performance management, appraisals and employee feedback processes.
• Support exit formalities, resignation documentation and full & final coordination.
• Assist with basic HR policies, compliance and statutory documentation, including PF/ESI exposure where applicable.
• Prepare HR reports, trackers and MIS as required by management.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Good understanding of HR Generalist/HR Operations activities.
• Hands-on Experience With Naukri, LinkedIn And Other Recruitment Platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong candidate follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of attendance, payroll, employee documentation and HR policies.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and HR activities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Eligibility

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant HR experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist or HR Operations.
• Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period are preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from the Sona Road, Gurugram location.
