Job summary

Digivance Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist – Volume Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline roles including Inside Sales, Telesales, Customer Support, and Service Operations.

You will source candidates via Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and drives; conduct screenings and interviews; assess communication, sales aptitude and fit; and coordinate offers and joining.

The role requires 2–6 years in volume hiring, a fast-paced, target-driven mindset, and a HR/BA degree.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in volume/bulk hiring.
• Experience in BPO/ITES/Telesales/Inside Sales/Customer Support/B2C/e-commerce hiring.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end volume hiring for frontline and sales positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, referrals, consultants, job drives, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.
• Assess candidates on communication skills, sales aptitude, and role suitability.
• Conduct and manage walk-in drives and bulk interview batches.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, and candidate joining.
• Drive candidate engagement and improve offer-to-joining ratios.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and MIS.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire, offers, and joining ratios.
• Achieve monthly hiring targets within defined timelines.
