Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Manager – Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on bulk hiring for BFSI segments.

The role demands hands-on recruitment across frontline, sales and branch banking functions, managing aggressive targets and timelines. You will lead end-to-end bulk/volume hiring across multiple locations, partner with stakeholders, and drive scalable sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• BFSI recruitment experience is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience in bulk/volume hiring.
• Experience hiring frontline, sales, branch banking or similar high-volume roles
• Ability to manage large hiring numbers and multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management and vendor management capabilities.
• Good understanding of recruitment MIS and hiring analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bulk/volume hiring across multiple functions and locations.
• Drive recruitment for frontline, sales and business roles, including Relationship Managers, Sales Managers, Branch Banking, CASA, Assets, Collections, Operations and other volume positions.
• Partner with business and HR stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring forecasts.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, social media, databases, walk-ins and hiring drives.
• Plan and execute large-scale recruitment drives to achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets.
• Manage the complete recruitment funnel covering sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offers and joining.
• Ensure hiring closures within defined TAT and quality parameters.
• Manage recruitment vendors/consultants and monitor their productivity and closure ratios.
• Track key recruitment metrics including offer-to-joining ratio, source effectiveness, ageing, cost per hire and recruiter productivity.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards and hiring reports for management review.
• Identify hiring bottlenecks and implement initiatives to improve candidate conversion and joining ratios.
