Acara Solutions is hiring a Recruitment Specialist for our Chennai location (Nungambakkam). The role involves end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions, sourcing candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking, and evaluating candidates for skills, experience and cultural fit.

The position is full-time with a 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM shift, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) and fixed weekends off. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of recruitment experience, excellent communication,
