Acara Solutions is hiring a Recruitment Specialist for Bangalore (Church Street, MG Road) with 2-5 years IT recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring, sourcing, and onboarding. You will conduct pre-screening, coordinate with clients, and drive staffing strategies across multiple roles.

Proficiency in LinkedIn and major job portals, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and client-facing experience are essential.

• Minimum 2-5 years of IT recruitment experience and must have handled senior-level positions.
• Proven experience as Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
• Good exposure in LinkedIn.
• Hands-on experience with the largest job sites.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and professional sites like LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communications skills.
• Must have client-facing experience & team spirit.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end recruitment for customers using sourcing, screening, and onboarding tools.
• Meet recruitment timelines across multiple clients.
• Plan and drive sourcing/recruitment strategies in consultation with verticals.
• Source candidates through networking; cold calling.
• Create and maintain assignment tracking sheets.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews.
• Assist in salary and hiring recommendations.
• Support candidates through offer to join transition.
• Collaborate with line managers to implement staffing programs.
• Display excellent customer service toward internal and external customers.

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekend Off)

Understand Resource Requirements :

• Work proactively on end-to-end recruitment for hiring for our customers by utilizing effective tools for sourcing, selection and on boarding
• Meet all recruitment timelines successfully the multiple clients, as assigned
• Plan, develop and drive sourcing/recruitment strategies in consultation with vertical
• Source candidates through networking; cold calling
• Create and maintain assignment track sheets
• Conduct pre-screening interviews
• Assist in salary and hiring recommendations, as applicable
• Hand-hold candidate to increase offer to joinee conversion
• Work with line managers to develop and implement staffing strategies and programs (where Appropriate)
• Display excellent customer service towards internal and external customers
• Effectively use Job Portals/ Networking; Referral
• Use Job boards (Naukri, Times jobs, Monster), Linkedin and other professional websites effectively
• Create and maintain productive relationships; effectively network and influence candidates
