Revolutionare Sustainable Services in Hyderabad, India, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition lead to drive end-to-end recruitment and manage a high-performing team. You will source candidates via Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels, while coordinating with business heads to forecast manpower and close open roles.

The role requires MBA/PGDM with 5+ years in TA, strong communication, and proven ability to meet hiring targets across multiple requirements.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM with 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Proficiency in Naukri Resdex and other hiring portals.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.

Responsabilités

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring requirements.
• Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
• Coordinate with business heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukai Resdex, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels.
• Oversee candidate screening, assessment, and shortlisting.
• Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate joining follow-ups.
• Prepare recruitment MIS reports, hiring dashboards, and pipeline updates.
• Optimize sourcing channels and recruitment processes to improve hiring efficiency.
• Plan workforce requirements in alignment with business goals.
• Monitor recruiter productivity and ensure timely closure of open positions.
