Job summary

Glorious Hr Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Bengaluru to independently manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely, quality hires. You will engage candidates, coordinate senior stakeholder feedback and drive effective hiring strategies from sourcing to joining.

The role requires 2+ years of TA experience, the ability to handle bulk hiring, and a willingness to work in an office setup in electronic city. Bengaluru location and office-based work are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must have end-to-end recruitment experience with ability to manage multiple requirements.
• HR specialization preferred and relevant Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.

• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using multiple recruitment channels.
• Conduct HR screening and assess overall candidate suitability.

• Monitor candidate pipelines, ageing, conversions and potential hiring risks.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure process compliance.
• Support volume, lateral and niche hiring requirements.
